Ōnin Staffing is hiring a Receiving Associate who’s ready to stay active, learn new skills, and be part of a reliable team. - Daytime schedule — enjoy your evenings and weekends! - Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm - $14.50/hour paid weekly - Fast-paced, hands-on work that keeps you moving - Friendly, team-focused environment - Great entry point for anyone looking to grow in warehouse or logistics roles - Job stability with consistent workflow and opportunities to learn The Receiver is responsible for sorting, separating, and preparing received goods for the internal receiving process. - Be the first stop for incoming freight — sort, separate, and organize products - Verify items received against purchase orders - Inspect goods for accuracy, damage, or defects - Document and report discrepancies - Move items to proper staging/stocking areas - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse - Replenish shelves and rotate inventory - Work closely with a supportive team What You Bring: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Ability to read and understand English - Strong counting and basic math skills - Familiarity with warehouse processes (a plus!) - Ability to lift, move, and stay active throughout your shift - Basic computer/RF scanner knowledge - Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail Because this client handles pharmaceutical products, a lifetime clean background check is required. Any criminal charges outside of minor driving-related offenses will disqualify candidates from consideration.
