<p><strong>Highways &amp; Planning Lawyer needed in Reigate Paying  £55 per hr  ref 134804</strong></p> <p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide expert legal advice on planning, highways, and related local government matters.</li> <li>Draft, negotiate, and complete a range of legal agreements, including: <ul> <li>Section 106 Agreements</li> <li>Section 38 and Section 278 Agreements</li> <li>Highway dedication and stopping-up orders</li> <li>Infrastructure and development agreements</li> </ul> </li> <li>Advise on planning applications, appeals, enforcement actions, and judicial review matters.</li> <li>Represent the organisation in negotiations, meetings, tribunals, and court proceedings where required.</li> <li>Support regeneration, housing, and infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.</li> <li>Manage a varied caseload independently while delivering excellent client service.</li> <li>Assist in developing legal policies, procedures, and best practice guidance.</li> </ul> <p>If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to verity@essentialemploy.co.uk quoting the reference number. </p> <p>Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
