We’re currently recruiting for Senior Residential Support Workers across Stockport, Middleton, and Oldham – with 3 brand-new services opening! If you’re an experienced support worker ready to step up (or already operating at senior level), this is a brilliant opportunity to join growing services right at the start. ? Role Details: Position: Senior Residential Support Worker Locations: Stockport, Middleton & Oldham Shift Pattern: 2 on, 4 off Pay: £14.50 per hour Sleep Rate: £50 per sleep-in ? Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent) Experience working within children’s residential settings Confident supporting young people with complex needs Strong safeguarding knowledge and leadership qualities ?
