Service Designer, Transition Lead, ITIL / ITSM

<p><strong>Service Designer / Transition Lead &ndash; SC Cleared </strong></p> <p><strong>3 Month Contract</strong></p> <p><strong>London (Hybrid)</strong></p> <p><strong>&pound;425-&pound;450/day (Outside IR35)</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Service Designer / Transition Lead</em></strong><strong> needed with active <em>SC Security Clearance</em></strong>.</p> <p>Experience the <strong>Design, Governance, Business Change and Transition</strong> activities required to establish a compliant Service Model aligned agreed obligations.&nbsp;</p> <p>Worked with <strong>Service High-Level Design (SHLD), RACI model, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) &amp; Business Change. </strong></p> <p>Paying up to <strong>&pound;450/day</strong> (Outside IR35). Start ASAP in May 2026 and rolling 3 month contract.</p> <p>Hybrid Working &ndash; 2/3 days/week remote (WFH) + 2/3 days/week working from the office in <strong><em>London</em></strong>.</p> <p>Working with a global IT Consultancy on large-scale network solutions projects for a Telecoms end client.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key skills, experience + tasks will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in <strong>Service Design / Service Transition roles</strong></li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>ITIL / ITSM frameworks</strong></li> <li>onboard resource to lead and coordinate the Design, Governance, Business Change and transition activities required to establish a compliant Service Model aligned to contractual obligations and customer approval.</li> <li>Process flow diagrams and process for each of the <strong>ITSM processes (e.g. incident and change management).</strong></li> <li>Experience delivering <strong>service readiness in large transformation programmes</strong></li> <li>Ability to create governance artefacts:&nbsp; <strong>SHLD (Service High-Level Design), RACI, RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix) </strong></li> <li>Experience with <strong>business change, training and adoption. </strong>&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management.</li> <li>Background in telecoms or large-scale enterprise environments preferred</li> <li><strong>SC Security Clearance active is essential for this contract &ndash; SC used last 12 months.</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with tools such as ServiceNow</li> <li>Exposure to Network / Infrastructure services</li> <li>Experience working with suppliers and third-party vendors</li> </ul>
