We’re looking for a skilled Backend Developer (Python + Neo4j) to strengthen our team. If you’re passionate about high-performance systems, backend optimization, and scalable architecture, this role is for you.
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Python (proprietary framework on top of FastAPI).
Build and manage graph databases using Neo4j.
Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration.
Focus on performance, scalability, and system efficiency.
Maintain high code quality with type safety, security, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues to boost overall performance.
Proven experience in backend development with Python and OOP.
Hands-on experience with Neo4j (or other graph databases).
Experience with Redis or similar NoSQL solutions.
Familiarity with Pandas, Numpy, and Pydantic modeling.
Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, backend architecture.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP) is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
