Bilingual Leasing Assistant

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Bilingual Leasing Assistant to support leasing operations and provide excellent service to prospective and current residents. In this role, you will assist with property tours, application processes, and resident communication while helping create a welcoming community environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and using bilingual communication skills in a dynamic setting.

Duties:

• Greet prospective residents and assist with property tours
• Support leasing applications, paperwork, and resident onboarding
• Communicate effectively with residents and applicants in multiple languages
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
• Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach
• Maintain accurate leasing records and documentation
• Support property management staff with administrative tasks as needed
