<h1>AI Delivery Lead / AI Delivery Manager (SC or DV Cleared)</h1> <p class="isSelectedEnd"> Hybrid Working | Secure Government Environment<br /> &pound;550-650/day Inside IR35<br /> Enhanced SC / DV preferred</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">We&rsquo;re supporting a major UK government organisation building a brand-new AI capability focused on operational AI delivery, intelligent automation and AI-enabled transformation.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">They are looking for experienced AI Delivery Leads / Delivery Managers to help shape and operationalise a rapidly growing AI delivery function working across:</p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Generative AI</li> <li>Intelligent Automation</li> <li>AI-enabled operational tooling</li> <li>Copilot / AI agents</li> <li>AI governance and assurance</li> <li>Rapid prototyping and operational rollout</li> </ul> <p class="isSelectedEnd">This is not a traditional Delivery Manager role.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">The successful candidate will sit at the centre of a newly forming AI delivery capability, helping manage the end-to-end delivery pipeline from:</p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>demand intake</li> <li>triage and prioritisation</li> <li>discovery</li> <li>prototype / alpha delivery</li> <li>governance and assurance</li> <li>operational rollout</li> <li>transition into BAU support</li> </ul> <p class="isSelectedEnd">You&rsquo;ll work closely with:</p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>operational SMEs</li> <li>engineering teams</li> <li>product leads</li> <li>AI specialists</li> <li>governance / assurance functions</li> <li>and senior stakeholders across the organisation.</li> </ul> <p class="isSelectedEnd">The environment is highly collaborative, fast-moving and still evolving, so the ability to operate comfortably within ambiguity is critical.</p> <h2>Key experience required:</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Delivery leadership within complex digital, data or AI-enabled environments</li> <li>Agile and iterative delivery methodologies</li> <li>Managing delivery pipelines, prioritisation and dependencies</li> <li>Working across multidisciplinary technical teams</li> <li>AI / automation / emerging technology programmes</li> <li>Governance, operational readiness and assurance</li> <li>Stakeholder engagement within regulated or secure environments</li> </ul> <h2>Particularly valuable experience:</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>AI-enabled transformation programmes</li> <li>Generative AI / Copilot initiatives</li> <li>Innovation labs or emerging technology delivery</li> <li>Law enforcement, defence or central government</li> <li>AI safety / governance awareness</li> <li>Product-led delivery environments</li> </ul> <p class="isSelectedEnd">This is a genuinely unique opportunity to help shape one of the most forward-thinking operational AI programmes currently emerging within UK government.</p> <p>Please get in touch for further information.</p> <p>, </p>
