The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, bidding house leads, building client relationships, and delivering accurate, competitive estimates that convert into awards.
 Requirements:
 <ul>
 <li>5+ Years Experience Bidding &amp; Managing Demolition Projects</li>
 <li>Prepare Detailed &amp; Accurate Cost Estimates in Alignment with Company Standards and Client Requirements</li>
 <li>Oversee Job Cost Tracking, Monitoring Expenses and Ensuring Projects Remain within Approved Budgets</li>
 <li>Manage and Process Change Orders, Including Documentation</li>
 <li>Collaborate with Field &amp; Operations Team</li>
 <li>Proven Application of Structural Demolition</li>
 <li>Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, and OST preferred</li>
