About the Role
<p>A Desktop Support Engineer is required to work as part of a team supporting 300 users over multiple sites. You will have extensive 2<sup>nd</sup> line desktop support experience, ideally gained within a manufacturing/supply chain/logistics/retail environment, with good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Active Directory, Sharepoint, One Drive, Entra ID, Teams, Intune), Windows 11, PCs, desktops, laptops, mobile devices etc. You will have excellent customer service, communication skills. The role will involve working as part of a team, supporting 300 users over multiple sites, dealing with all aspects of 2<sup>nd</sup> line desktop support over the phone, remotely and face to face. The role will involve 4 or 5 days on site near Liverpool.</p>
