About the Role

Key Stage 1 Teacher – Full Time – Summer Term Southampton Teaching Personnel are currently working with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school that is seeking a Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team for the Summer Term on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic teacher looking to take on a full classroom teaching role with full responsibilities, including planning, preparation, marking and assessment. Pay will reflect the level of responsibility associated with the role. The school has been rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and is recognised for its supportive leadership team and positive working environment. Staff are well supported, and the school places a strong emphasis on collaboration and professional development, making it a great setting for teachers to thrive. The Role: Full-time teaching position within Key Stage 1 Full classroom responsibilities including planning, preparation, marking and assessment Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum Working closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure pupils make strong progress Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1 Be confident in delivering the KS1 curriculum and assessing pupil progress Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills Be proactive, organised and passionate about supporting young learners What the School Offers: A Good Ofsted rating with a strong reputation in the local community A supportive and collaborative staff team Well-behaved pupils who are eager to learn A positive and welcoming school culture If you are a dedicated Key Stage 1 teacher seeking a full-time opportunity for the Summer Term with full responsibilities, we would be keen to hear from you.
