QA Team Leader
Based Burgh Le Marsh, Lincolnshire.
Salary: £30,500 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – 6am to 6pm (Days)
Our client is looking for a proactive QA Team Leader to join their Technical team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring products meet customer and legal standards, keeping the site audit-ready, and leading a small team of QA staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee quality systems, document control, and traceability
Lead and support QA staff in daily operations
Conduct internal audits and assist with external inspections
Maintain compliance with BRC, HACCP, and food safety standards
Support continuous improvement and product testing
