So, what will you be doing?
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to placement
Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring plans
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
Providing market insights and salary benchmarking
Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates
Winning new business and developing existing accounts
Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout
Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Collaborating with colleagues to share leads and celebrate success
Contributing ideas to support ongoing growth and innovation
