About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that learning continues smoothly. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and support pupils in staying engaged and on task.

This role offers variety and the opportunity to work across different year groups, helping you build valuable experience and confidence within a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging pre-prepared lessons across primary year groups
• Maintain strong classroom management and behaviour standards
• Support pupils with their learning and encourage active participation
• Adapt to different classroom settings and student needs
• Provide clear feedback to teaching staff after lessons

What we're looking for:

• Experience working in UK primary schools
• Confidence in managing a classroom independently
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
