Position: Aluminum TIG Welder / Fabricator
Location: Milwaukie, OR
Pay: $25+/hour DOE
Schedule: Day Shift

What You’ll Do:
- Perform TIG welding on aluminum components to high-quality standards
- Fabricate custom parts and assemblies from blueprints and drawings
- Cut, fit, and assemble materials for van and truck accessories
- Operate fabrication equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure weld quality, fitment, and overall product integrity
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

What You Need to Have:
- Experience with aluminum TIG welding
- General fabrication experience (cutting, fitting, assembling)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
The Musts:
- Proven TIG welding experience (aluminum required)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work with hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and team mindset
Preferred:
- Experience with van/truck accessories or custom builds
- MIG welding experience (plus)
- Familiarity with shop equipment (press brake, shear, etc.)
