MANTECH seeks a motivated, detail-oriented, career and customer-oriented Jr. Security Administrator to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist in the full implementation of all applicable enhanced security policies and procedures.  Support data entry and maintenance of personnel security files across multiple security databases and documentation systems.  Assist with the preparation and processing of visit request and travel documentation  Perform visitor escort duties in accordance with established security procedures. Assist with media control, inventory tracking, and inspection preparation tasks including cleaning up the internal personnel security database.. Support company employment background check prescreening activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:  1+ years of administrative work experience or an associate degree or higher in lieu of administrative work experience Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience with Google Gmail, Drive, Docs, Forms Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SIMS security database Experience operating within DISS Clearance Requirements: US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret Clearance. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine and computer printer.
