About the Role
<strong>ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT | WEST BERKSHIRE | UP TO £30K + FULL STUDY SUPPORT<br></strong><br>Sheridan Maine are partnering with a vibrant business in West Berkshire who are seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. <br> <br> The responsibilities of this Assistant Accountant position will include:<br><ul><li>Accounts preparation for various clients</li><li>Processing VAT returns and tax documentation</li><li>Bookkeeping tasks</li><li>Preparing management accounts</li><li>Payroll administration</li><li>Communicating with clients and answering queries</li></ul> <br> To be considered for the role you will have:<br><ul><li>1-2 years minimum experience in an accountancy practice</li><li>Prior experience preparing accounts for multiple clients</li><li>Excellent communication and client management skills</li><li>Strong initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><br> The company will offer AAT or ACCA study support and operate a flexible hours/ hybrid working culture.
