This all-encompassing role serves as a pivotal figure that connects customer feedback, field data, and internal teams to propel continuous product enhancement, mitigate risks, and boost overall reliability.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;line-height: normal"><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal">Supervise the entire warranty claim process, from validation to corrective actions, and verification of effectiveness.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal">Examine field failure patterns and underlying issues to pinpoint chances for product and process improvements.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal">Take charge of contract and project risk assessments by integrating past performance data and insights.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal">Create and uphold quality plans, essential quality features, dashboards, and reporting tools for warranty and project risks.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal">Steer structured problem-solving endeavors utilizing methods like 8D, A3, and root cause analysis tools.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal">Act as the main technical contact for clients and field service teams, including occasional on-site assistance.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal">Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Sales, Testing, and Manufacturing to incorporate enhancements into current as well as future product lines.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal">Aid in failure analysis through disassemblies, technical drawing interpretation, and deployment of preventive measures.</li> </ul> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;line-height: normal"><strong>Qualifications </strong></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal">Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, plus 3–7 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal">ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification preferred.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal">Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, weldments, fabrication processes, and GD&amp;T.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal">Hands-on experience with failure analysis, root cause investigation, and tools including PFMEA, DFMEA, Control Plans, CAPA, and Inspection Plans.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal">Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly advanced Excel; experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI or Minitab is a plus.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal">Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal">Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% as needed.</li> </ul> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;line-height: normal"><strong>Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment</strong><br />The role is mostly office-based, requiring regular sitting, computer use, and communication.
