This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape and grow a qualitative insight function within a highly integrated creative and insight environment. With strong leadership backing and flagship global clients, this role offers genuine influence across insight, strategy and creative delivery.

Insight, strategy and creative teams work closely together to deliver end-to-end solutions for major global brands. The business is investing in its qualitative capability as part of a broader push to raise its external profile and strengthen its strategic offer.

The Role

You will take ownership of the qualitative insight capability, with responsibility for leadership, quality and future growth.

You will:

  • Lead, mentor and grow the qualitative insight team, including hiring and development
  • Own and evolve the qualitative research offering across key clients
  • Deliver high-quality qualitative research, remaining hands-on where needed
  • Partner closely with senior account, strategy and creative stakeholders
  • Play a key role on large, complex and global client accounts
  • Introduce and scale innovative and hybrid qualitative methodologies
  • Support new business conversations and capability positioning
  • Operate effectively within a matrix structure across insight and creative teams

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong agency or consultancy experience delivering qualitative research
  • Deep expertise across a range of qualitative methodologies
  • Experience working with large or global brands in a client-facing capacity
  • Proven capability to lead and grow a qualitative practice or team
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence influencing senior stakeholders
  • Credibility to operate at senior leadership level from day one

This is a high-impact, stakeholder-facing role focused on delivering practical analytics solutions-not purely theoretical data science.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and enhance pricing & revenue dashboards (Tableau)
  • Deliver commercial insights to support pricing and onboarding decisions
  • Work closely with pricing and revenue stakeholders
  • Translate business questions into actionable analytics
  • Develop reporting tools to improve commercial visibility
  • Operate in an ambiguous environment, shaping requirements as you go

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills (Essential)
  • Strong SQL (non-negotiable)
  • Proven Tableau dashboard development experience
  • Experience working with commercial/pricing stakeholders
  • Ability to influence business decisions through data
  • Comfortable working independently in evolving environments
Nice to Have
  • Python (forecasting, optimisation, modelling)
  • Experience in pricing, revenue analytics, or commercial modelling
  • Exposure to machine learning (e.g. scikit-learn)

This is an opportunity to join a global marketing and data powerhouse operating at the intersection of data, technology, and advertising, part of a wider international group; they help major brands understand their customers, optimise digital media, and ultimately drive real commercial impact (not just clicks). Think sophisticated audience targeting, campaign personalisation, and deep measurement across online behaviour. Their analytics team is growing (5 → 8), led by a highly respected Analytics Director, with strong exposure to senior leadership and clients across retail and food delivery.

THE ROLE

This is a senior, client-facing analytics role with a strong focus on measurement, effectiveness, and commercial impact. You’ll act as a trusted analytics voice in client conversations, particularly around Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and econometrics

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading analytics across multiple client accounts and campaigns
  • Interpreting campaign performance and identifying actionable insights
  • Working with large behavioural and transactional datasets
  • Advising clients on measurement approaches and campaign effectiveness
  • Engaging with external MMM providers: challenging assumptions, understanding limitations, and influencing decisions
  • Supporting broader analytics strategy across a network of agencies

This is a hands-on role with strategic exposure; ideal for someone who enjoys both deep analysis and stakeholder engagement.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience in marketing analytics
  • Strong understanding of MMM / econometrics principles (hands-on or closely involved)

Senior Credit Pricing Manager

The Role

  • Lead a new team within the commercial analytics function, focused solely on credit pricing analytics and strategy.
  • Own pricing approaches for new customer acquisition, setting individual interest rates based on risk and long term value.
  • Develop customer lifetime value driven pricing strategies over three to five year horizons.
  • Design and introduce retention pricing capabilities to re engage inactive customers.
  • Oversee the build, validation and ongoing maintenance of credit pricing models including MPV, IRR and evaluation models.
  • Deliver pricing insight through reporting, dashboards and structured A B testing.
  • Work closely with credit risk, marketing, insurance analytics and other commercial teams to align pricing decisions.
  • Manage and develop a team of four analysts, providing direction, coaching and strategic oversight rather than hands on delivery.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in credit pricing, lending or financial services analytics.
  • Proven people management experience within an analytics or data led environment.
  • Deep understanding of customer level pricing, lifetime value and profitability modelling.
  • Experience building, maintaining and governing pricing or valuation models.
  • Confident using SQL to interrogate data and generate insight.
