We are looking for a well-organized and proactive professional to support the management team in daily administrative and operational activities. In this role, you will coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and business documentation while ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will also support project coordination, monitor deadlines, and help maintain efficient office processes in a dynamic international environment.

• Support the management team with daily administrative and operational tasks.

• Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other business documentation.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize management agendas efficiently.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the management.
• Organize and manage travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and travel expense reporting, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Take detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure completion.
• Assist in the communication, digitization, filing, and organization of office documents to ensure accessibility and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while also being able to work independently when required

• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
