<h2>The Role</h2>
<p>As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the <strong>end-to-end delivery of high-value electrical infrastructure projects</strong>, ensuring safe, efficient, and commercially successful outcomes.</p>
<p>You will work across multiple stakeholders, including engineering, construction, and client teams, managing projects from initial planning through to final handover.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Managing projects from <strong>design through to installation and commissioning</strong></li>
<li>Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, and construction</li>
<li>Managing <strong>budgets, schedules, and project performance</strong></li>
<li>Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with <strong>health & safety and industry regulations</strong></li>
<li>Managing subcontractors and site teams</li>
<li>Identifying and mitigating project risks</li>
<li>Driving quality, safety, and delivery standards across all projects</li>

<h2>The Candidate</h2>
<p>We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in <strong>electrical engineering, power infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects</strong>.</p>
<h3>Essential:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in a <strong>Project Manager role</strong></li>
<li>Background in <strong>high voltage, electrical infrastructure, or energy projects</strong></li>
<li>Strong understanding of project lifecycle and delivery</li>
<li>Experience managing budgets, programmes, and stakeholders</li>
<li>Knowledge of <strong>health & safety and compliance standards</strong></li>
<li>Full UK or EU driving licence</li>
</ul>
<h3>Desirable:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience in <strong>substations, grid connections, or renewable energy projects</strong></li>
<li>Relevant project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP)</li>
<li>Experience working on <strong>international or multi-site projects</strong></li>
</ul>

<li>£60,000 – £70,000 depending on experience</li>
