Senior Branch ManagerWe are seeking an exceptional Senior Branch Manager to lead a high-performing, fast-paced office operating across residential sales, lettings, and the student market, delivering high volume results in every division per month.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives at the centre of a busy, multi-faceted business, you will have a natural ability to motivate, support, and develop a diverse team while maintaining strong oversight of performance and results. You will act as a key link between the team and senior leadership, balancing a supportive, approachable style with the confidence to make decisions, address challenges, and drive accountability.A natural people-person, you will be highly visible in daily operations, leading from the front while ensuring the branch continues to grow across all three markets.
