About Our Client A heritage British home and lifestyle brand with a global footprint is seeking a visionary Marketing Director to lead brand strategy, innovation, and growth across retail, ecommerce, and wholesale channels. The business is known for its premium-quality products, rich craftsmanship, and a long-standing reputation in luxury textiles. Job Description Brand Strategy & Leadership Own and evolve the brand vision and positioning across all markets. Lead brand storytelling, ensuring consistency across retail, digital, PR, and partnerships. Manage and inspire a high-performing marketing team. Campaigns & Creative Deliver integrated brand campaigns that drive consumer demand and strengthen brand equity. Oversee creative development, seasonal stories, product launches, and packaging. Digital & Ecommerce Growth Accelerate digital-first strategies to optimise paid/owned channels. Drive performance marketing, CRM, and content strategies to grow DTC sales. Enhance the customer journey and digital experiences. Consumer Insights & Innovation Leverage data and market insight to inform product development, brand evolution, and category growth. Champion consumer-first thinking across the organisation. Commercial & Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver cohesive go‑to‑market plans. Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient ROI delivery. The Successful Applicant Proven senior marketing leadership experience within consumer goods, home & lifestyle, retail, or premium brands. Strong understanding of multichannel marketing, including ecommerce, retail, and global markets. Experience building high-performing creative teams and managing external agencies. A blend of commercial acumen, creativity, and strategic thinking. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder leadership ability.
