Learning Supporting Assistant Bingley

About the role:

Justteachers is seeking an Learning Support Assistant who is looking for a Long term role, in a Secondary school in the Bingley area on a full time basis. The role is set to commence from September 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with additional needs across KS3 and KS4
• Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
• Assist students in accessing the curriculum
• Support the implementation of EHCP targets
• Promote student independence and confidence
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals

Pre-requisites:

• Experience supporting SEN students in a UK school
• Ability to deliver one-to-one support
• Understanding of EHCP targets and interventions
• Patient and adaptable approach to learning support
