Job Description

We are actively hiring Financial Analysts for multiple openings across the United States. This opportunity is ideal for international students, OPT candidates, H1B transfer candidates, and professionals looking to build a successful career in finance and business analysis.

The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting business performance, and supporting strategic financial decisions for clients and organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and business performance data
• Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and financial reports
• Conduct variance analysis and risk assessment
• Support financial planning and investment decisions
• Create dashboards and presentations for management
• Work with accounting and business teams for data accuracy
• Monitor market trends and business opportunities

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Financial Analysis and Accounting principles
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Knowledge of ERP tools such as SAP or Oracle is a plus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• CFA, CPA, or financial certifications are an advantage
• Internship or project experience in finance is preferred
