Responsibilities:
- Drive the financial strategy and long-term planning for this global enterprise
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talented finance professionals
- Be a key member of the leadership team, providing operational insights and strategic planning advice
- Establish and maintain consistent financial planning standards
- Manage the annual planning process across the organization
- Partner with global finance leaders and executives to develop plans that support company objectives and guide resource allocation decisions for future growth
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and lead projects that increase the efficiency of financial planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 10+ years of finance experience in a matrixed organization
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or services-based industry (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $200,000–$240,000
- This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance
Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
