About the Role

Central services Our Central Services team is based at our Reading office. They are the backbone of everything we do. The expertise and support by the team enable us to deliver high-quality healthcare across all our services nationwide. See current job vacancies Our colleagues in Central Services play a crucial role in driving the infrastructure that allows Practice Plus Group to provide our patients with the highest standards of healthcare.   Based in our Reading headquarters, we employ a number of teams with wide ranging specialisation in IT, HR, Finance, and Marketing to name but a few. Our Central Services departments Business development leads our research into the healthcare market needs and responds to tenders where we compete to deliver our services in new areas. Marketing takes care of all our internal and external communications, ensuring that patients know what our services have to offer and how to access them when they need to. Our Governance teams support each of our services in keeping services safe and responsive – they ensure that audit and investigations are undertaken in a timely manner and that every opportunity to learn and improve is taken – they also lead liaison with important stakeholders and regulatory bodies such as the CQC and the General Medical Council. Human Resources ensures that we have the right people in the right place at the right time; Practice Plus Group works alongside a wide range of qualified and trained colleagues who provide their services as permanent employees, on a bank (flexible) basis or on a self-employed basis. In addition to recruitment, HR develop and support on all the policies and guidance we need to have in place to ensure we are a great place to work.
