<p>Due to continued growth, <a href="https://www.vantastaffing.com/?utm_source=chatgpt.com">Vanta Staffing</a> is looking for an ambitious and driven <strong>360 Recruitment Consultant</strong> to join our busy and successful temporary recruitment division in Maidenhead.</p>
<p>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys business development, building relationships and working in a fast-paced sales environment with excellent earning potential.</p>
<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Winning new business and developing client relationships</li>
<li>Managing and growing existing accounts</li>
<li>Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates</li>
<li>Managing temporary workers and bookings</li>
<li>Delivering excellent customer service to clients and candidates</li>
<li>Working towards and exceeding targets</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous recruitment experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong sales and communication skills</li>
<li>Motivated, ambitious and target driven</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities</li>
<li>Full UK driving licence preferred</li>
</ul>
