Join us and together we can change the world – one trade at a time.  Your success story starts here…  TEAM AND ROLE: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Trade Support – Contract Specialist. In this role you will support our environmental certificates trading operations by drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and agreements from initiation to completion. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate contract records, driving process efficiency through automation, and ensuring smooth stakeholder collaboration.  KEY RESPONSIBLITIES Gain a strong understanding of the operational and contractual side of the environmental commodity trade process. Draft, review, negotiate and manage various contracts, including trade-related contracts for certificates and potentially physical trades, as well non-disclosure agreements, in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to completion. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records. Support various automation projects to aid team efficiency, leveraging tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate and Copilot. Familiarity with these platforms is considered an advantage. KEY REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Law. 3+ years of experience in contract management or negotiation in a commodity trading environment including knowledge of commodity trading terms and conditions. Fluent in English and currently living in the Netherlands. Fantastic attention to detail with the ability to work independently aswell as part of a team.
