The Nothing Bundt Cakes Bakery Trainer embodies and fosters all aspects of the Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) culture and core values. Their significant focus includes instruction of all new Bakery Owners/Operators, as well as certifying existing Managers on the Nothing Bundt Cakes Bakery operational standards and methodologies. They are dedicated trainers ensuring brand standards are trained to ensure participants have the ability to fully execute on NbC brand standards. The majority of training sessions are conducted in fully operational local Certified Training Bakeries.
This role is responsible for maintaining an organized, efficient, and fully operational test kitchen environment, while also contributing to product development, training content creation, and operational excellence initiatives.
