Start ASAP in April/May 2026.</p> <p>Hybrid Working &#8211; 3-4 days/week remote (WFH) + 1-2 days/week working from the office in Croydon.</p> <p>A chance to work with a leading global IT transformation business specialising in large-scale Government projects:</p> <ul> <li>DevOps Engineer needed to build, automate + delivering highly available, secure + scalable AWS Cloud environments.</li> <li>In-depth AWS Services expertise including: EC2, RDS, Aurora PG, VPC, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, and Amazon Linux 2023.</li> <li>DevOps Tools: Terraform, Jenkins, Docker + Groovy pipelines experience.</li> <li>Scripting: Shell, Python, PowerShell, Perl, Java.</li> <li>PostgreSQL admin, performance tuning, HA, replication, backup/DR, Git, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.</li> <li>Monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus + Alert Manager.</li> <li>Key Tasks: troubleshooting, root cause analysis, 24/7 production, managing technical escalations, leading workshops, supporting Agile teams + removing delivery blockers.</li> <li>Advantageous Skills: Linux Sys Admin, AD, networking, Firewalls, switch config/patching, AWS/Azure Certifications.</li> </ul>
