Join us and let’s build the future.   ________________________________   Senior Penetration Test Engineer (m/f/d) ________________________________   Place: Olen Type: Hybrid/Full-Time Level: Senior   You will make an impact in the following way:  Conduct security assessments by simulating cyberattacks on networks, systems, and applications to identify vulnerabilities using both automated tools and manual techniques Plan and perform black-box, white-box, or gray-box penetration tests, emulating real-world attack scenarios to evaluate system resilience Create detailed reports outlining discovered vulnerabilities, risk levels, and remediation strategies, and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders Advice on patches, configuration changes, and architectural adjustments to mitigate risks, collaborating with IT and development teams to implement fixes Continuously update knowledge of emerging threats, exploits, and security tools, experimenting with new techniques and maintaining proficiency in ethical hacking practices Write automation scripts to replicate attack scenarios or streamline testing processes Provide training on security awareness, including social engineering tactics and best practices   What you will bring:  Education – Degree in Computer Science or comparable Experience – 7+ years in a similar role in penetration testing Knowledge & skills – Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell, knowledge of secure code review principles, solid understanding of common vulnerabilities and attack vectors (e.g., SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, etc.), strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS, etc.) and architectures, proficiency with common penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, and Nessus, experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Personality – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solver with a curious and investigative mindset, high level of integrity and ethical conduct, ability to work independently and as part of a team, detail-oriented and methodical Language proficiency – Fluency in English and the ability or willingness to work in Dutch-speaking teams   Let’s Write the Next 100 Years Together. Børneattesten er en særlig straffeattest, som udstedes af Rigspolitiet. Børneattesten indeholder oplysninger om domme om visse seksualforbrydelser begået mod børn under 15 år. Hvem i DR Ved ansættelse eller beskæftigelse af personer, der fast færdes blandt børn under 15 år, skal DR – med den pågældende medarbejders samtykke – indhente en børneattest. Det gælder for både lønnede, ulønnede medarbejdere og Freelancere. DR indhenter også attester på allerede ansatte med deres samtykke, hvis det bliver aktuelt i forhold til deres opgavevaretagelse i DR. Til vurdering af hvad ”fast færdes” betyder, så kræver lovgivningen indhentelse af en børneattest senest 3 uger efter det tidspunkt, hvor en person har været tilknyttet DR i mere end 3 måneder og inden for dette tidsrum i mindst 3 tilfælde eller i en sammenhængende periode af mere end 1 uges varighed har haft direkte kontakt, herunder kontakt via sociale medier mm. med personer under 15 år, forudsat at personen fortsat skal være tilknyttet DR. I forhold til de sociale medier skal der tages hensyn til, om kontakten er kendetegnet ved, at den giver anledning til at opbygge en længerevarende relation. I tvivlstilfælde kan chefen kontakte teamleder Silas Anhøj Soelberg i HR-service. Hvornår skal børneattesten indhentes Børneattesterne indhentes forud for ansættelsen og derefter hvert 3. år. Det betyder, at en kommende medarbejder ikke kan starte før der er indhentet en børneattest. Hvis det er en forudsætning for varetagelse af stillingen, at medarbejderen har en ren børneattest bør dette fremgå af stillingsopslaget. For allerede ansatte indhentes en børneattest, hvis det, under deres ansættelse i DR, bliver aktuelt i forhold til deres opgavevaretagelse. Medarbejderen må ikke påbegynde den nye opgave før der er indhentet en børneattest. For Freelancere indhentes børneattesten i forbindelse med indgåelsen af freelancekontrakten. Freelanceren må ikke starte på opgaven før der er indhentet en børneattest. Hver måned udsender HR-service en reminder til cheferne for medarbejdere, der har en børneattest, som står til at udløbe med henblik på at afklare behovet for en genindhentelse. Hvordan For så vidt angår medarbejdere, der skal fastansættes eller TBA-ansættes, samt elever og praktikanter udfylder chefen den elektroniske ansættelsesblanket på DRinde, der er DRs intranet. HR-service indhenter børneattesten og giver chefen besked når børneattesten modtages i DR. Herefter kan ansættelseskontrakten udarbejdes. I forhold til ansættelse af freelancere, visse timelønnede og honorarlønnede, håndteres deres ansættelse i områderne. Chefen skal i disse tilfælde udfylde en blanket om indhentelse af børneattest. Det beror på chefens initiativ, at HR-service får opgaven med at indhente børneattester. For allerede ansatte gælder det, at nærmeste chef udfylder en blanket om indhentelse af børneattest, hvis det bliver aktuelt. Når det er vurderet, at det er relevant med en børneattest indhenter HR børneattesten digitalt hos Rigspolitiet. Medarbejderen modtager automatisk samtykkeerklæring i deres digitale postkasse (e-Boks), hvor man nemt kan give sit samtykke. Rigspolitiet oplyser, at de har en sagsbehandlingstid på ca. 10 hverdage. Efter endt sagsbehandling sender Rigspolitiet børneattesten til HR-service. Børneattest med bemærkninger Hvis DR modtager en børneattest fra Rigspolitiet som ikke er uden anmærkninger kontakter HR den ansættende chef, som vil hjælpe vedkommende med, hvordan man skal forholde hertil i forhold til mulighed for ansættelse eller forsat mulighed for at varetage arbejdsopgaverne i DR. Opbevaring af børneattester Børneattesten opbevares i DR HR´s Børneattestsystem. Oplysning om gyldig børneattest HR-service kan oplyse chefer, om der er børneattest på en eller flere af medarbejdere i chefens eget område.
